Do you sell Australia-wide?

We do sell to all Australian states with the exception of WA and Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?

Yes, a minimum purchase of $15 applies to all purchases over the internet.

What are your shipping fees?

We do not freight to Western Australia, Tasmania, or internationally.

Apart from that, we charge a flat rate of $15 (inc GST) for postage and packaging of all purchases with a value of up to $100. Transactions over $100 are referred to us so we can give you a quote once we have looked into the most efficient way to send your package.

You can also pick up your purchase to save on shipping costs if that is convenient for you.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery will be as per the normal Australia Post or Courier delivery schedule.

My web search led me to your web site but I can’t find the plant I searched for in your E-store. Can you get it for me?

The E-store is a small selection of our huge range of plants. Just call or email us to let us know what it is you are looking for.

Can the plants be damaged in transit?

We carefully pack the plants for the trip to their new home. Should damage occur for unforeseen reasons please inform us and we will replace it if necessary.

What size pots do plants come in?

Bulbs are sold as loose bulbs.

Potted plants will be in 100mm, 140mm or 200mm pots as shown in the description of each plant in the E-store.

Can I buy these plants any time of year?

Bulbs
Spring flowering bulbs are sold from March to June.
Summer flowering bulbs are sold from July to September.

Potted Plants
These are generally available year-round subject to our stock levels.
Many potted perennials are available around their flowering season.
The selection in our E-store may change from season to season.
